Past Vouliagmenis Lake there is a series of small coves and bays (locals call them “Limanakia”). White rocks sometimes craggy, sometimes gentler, attract bathers and swimmers seeking solitude and privacy. Some of them are easy to reach, others not so much. You need follow short paths crossing through Mediterranean scrub. Once you have arrived, the deep blue waters and the unimpeded views of the Saronic Sea and of faraway islands will reward your effort. Here you might meet some nudists, couples and fishermen spread here and there. No facilities are to be found here, apart from a seaside wooden bar nestled in the largest of the bays that serves chilled beers (photo on the left). There also some interesting scuba diving spots in the area.
