Athens and its coast might be the best destination in Europe for the perfect city break escape. Its mild climate, the relaxing views, sounds and feeling of the Mediterranean Sea and the tasty and healthy food provide the perfect setting for spending a few days to take a break from your daily routine and regenerate yourself.

DAY 1 – Arrival (D)

Arrival in Athens, Greece (Time TBD)
Arrive at Athens airport and transfer to your hotel/ drive along the coast.
After the check-in, you will enjoy a pleasant sunset walk by the sea while hearing a talk about how the Ancient Greeks led their lives, and what can we learn today in our efforts towards a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
Welcome dinner offered in a veg Bio Greek modern restaurant.

DAY 2 – Athens and its coast (B/L)

In the morning you will enjoy a guided walk in the historic center of Athens (visit to the Acropolis and to the Acropolis museum are optional).
Next, you will leave for the coast, and join a Greek nutrition workshop, where you will learn hands-on how to prepare Greek healthy food.
In the afternoon you will then enjoy a relaxing yoga session by the sea.
The day will end with a sunset tour to Cape Sounio, where to admire the majestic Temple of Poseidon, before heading back to your hotel.

DAY 3 – Thermal lake and Tai Chi (-)

The morning will start off with a tour of Niarxos Park and a reinvigorating tai chi session. Later you will have the chance to swim in the healing lukewarm waters of the impressive natural Vouliagmeni Lake. You may want to pamper yourself even further with a Greek traditional relaxing massage (optional/ extra). In the afternoon you will have then the time to relax and perhaps take a walk in the seaside.

DAY 4 – Exciting optional tours and Departure (-)

In the last day of your stay, and depending on your time availability, you may want to choose to indulge in the hotel’s SPA/ gym or choose one of the following (OPTIONAL, you will advise us the day before):

  • A last walk in the seaside or in the hills
  • A bike ride in nature
  • Take a sea kayak tour
  • A wine tasting tour


Finally, we will take you to the airport to catch your flight.

Tour price depends on the group size. Our tour leaders speak many different languages. In summertime we advise to take with you swimwear, sunglasses, sun hat, suncream, towel and flip flops. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or food intolerances. International flights and extra health and accident personal insurance are available upon request.
